More Class A Office Space Coming to San Antonio
Local development company Concord Properties plans to bring 101,000 more square feet of Class A office space to Stone Oak.
In September, the company will break ground on Concord Park III, the latest addition to the 180-acre Concord Park master-planned business park. The four-story office building will be along East Sonterra Boulevard near the intersection of Hardy Oak. Upon completion of Concord Park III, Concord Park will have 800,000 square feet of office space, 65,000 square feet of retail and 919 apartment units.
Designed by Dallas-based HKS Architects, the building will feature a parking ratio of four spaces per 1,000 square feet; 67 covered, below-grade executive parking spaces; 25,000 square feet of rentable, column-free floor plates; a main communal conference room; a limited-service deli; and a top-floor balcony.
Taylor Dorris of Endura Advisory Group will be leasing the project. The rest of the project team includes Pape-Dawson Engineers Inc., Jordan Foster Construction, Jack Dysart of Dysart LLC and Frost Bank, which will provide construction financing. The building will be managed by Concord Properties. It is not known how much the project will cost.
It is expected to be ready for tenants to move in by first quarter 2021.
Concord also developed the 261,000-square-foot One Riverwalk Plaza downtown, the 248,000-square-foot Concord Plaza and The Quarry Golf Club.
